Use of the service

CryptOwl provides software tools for building, testing, monitoring, and reviewing crypto trading strategies. You are responsible for how you use the product and for complying with laws, exchange rules, and platform terms that apply to you.

CryptOwl is not an exchange, broker, dealer, investment adviser, custodian, bank, or payment processor. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, CryptOwl does not custody funds, execute trades, or make trading decisions for you.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You should notify CryptOwl if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Eligibility and compliance

You may use CryptOwl only if you are legally allowed to do so in your location and are able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for determining whether crypto strategy tools, simulations, signals, or related activity are permitted for you.

You may not use the service in a way that violates sanctions, export controls, financial crime laws, market abuse rules, or other applicable legal requirements.

No financial advice

CryptOwl provides software, analytics, and workflow tools. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and it does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

Any examples, signals, analytics views, strategy outputs, or educational content are provided for product and informational purposes only.

Backtests, simulations, and virtual balances

Backtests, paper trading, virtual balances, analytics, and strategy results are informational. They may differ from live market outcomes because of liquidity, fees, slippage, latency, data quality, exchange rules, and market conditions.

Third-party services and market data

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, market data, exchange APIs, analytics providers, or payment providers. CryptOwl is not responsible for third-party outages, data errors, execution rules, fees, account restrictions, or changes to those services.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer protected parts of it, overload infrastructure, scrape non-public data, bypass limits, or use it for illegal activity.

Availability and changes

CryptOwl may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or product. We aim to operate reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

The CryptOwl brand, website, product interface, software, and related materials are owned by CryptOwl or its licensors. You retain responsibility for strategy logic, settings, and content you create in your workspace.

Your workspace content

You are responsible for the strategy rules, campaign settings, labels, notes, and other content you create or import into the workspace. You should not upload information that you do not have the right to use.
